The Fighting Saints Food Pantry at Carroll College is dedicated to ensuring that no member of the Carroll community – whether faculty, staff, or student – goes hungry.
Open on the first and third Thursday of every month when classes are in session, the pantry offers a wide variety of essential food items to those in need, no questions asked.
The Fighting Saints Food Pantry is typically located in the Hunthausen Activity Center (HAC).
“It’s such a great resource to use in between grocery runs or when you just need a few things to finish up a meal,” said Jack England, a senior health science major. “I think it really showcases how the Carroll Community rallies behind its members not just in academics, but every aspect of life.” England is from Meridian, Idaho.
The pantry is stocked with a wide assortment of nourishing staples, including milk, cheese, eggs, ground beef, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, sauces, rice, peanut butter, and bread. The service is designed to be easily accessible to anyone in the Carroll community who may need a helping hand.
As a vital resource for those facing food insecurity, the Fighting Saints Food Pantry reflects Carroll College’s commitment to supporting all members of its community. Whether a student struggling with tight finances or a faculty member going through a tough time, the pantry is there to provide relief, ensuring that everyone has the nourishment they need to succeed.
For those in need, the pantry is a simple yet powerful reminder that help is always available and the Carroll College community is committed to supporting one another.
