Food, friendship & fancy clothes: Junior Senior Night

On March 21, from 6-8 p.m, the beloved Carroll College tradition of Junior Senior Formal Banquet took place in the Great Northern Ballroom at the Great Northern Hotel.

“I loved getting all dressed up with my friends and having a chance to share a nice meal!” said Zoey Wickens, a junior nursing major from Townsend, Montana. “Junior Senior was very fun.”

The evening began with drinks and socialization, followed by a presentation by senior speakers. The meal was served with a side of a salad and choices of steak, salmon, chicken cordon bleu, or a vegetarian option for the main course. Decadent chocolate cake was provided for dessert.

During the course of the evening, there was a jazz band playing as people were able to reminisce over their time at Carroll and thank the seniors for what they have done for the school.

Darius Brantley, a junior psychology major from Mountain Home, Idaho, enjoyed the night with his friends.

“I loved the social aspect and being able to eat a nice dinner with my friends,” said Brantley.

The Junior Senior Banquet is a gesture of gratitude to all seniors for everything they do for the Carroll community. The event is also a celebration of passing the torch from Seniors to Juniors, as they become new leaders of the Carroll family.

All attending seniors were thanked graciously for their time and effort at Carroll.
