Admission: Helena Flying Giant Night

Carroll College hosted a Helena Flying Giant Night on March 19. The event took place from 6-8 p.m. at Flying Giant Adventure Park in Helena.

Guests received free airtime, pizza, and drinks. They connected with the Carroll College admission team and Campus Ministry. The event gave students a chance to meet current Carroll students and learn about the role of faith-based engagement at Carroll.

Father Tyler Frohlich, who spoke at the event, said it helped students see the value of faith and community. Frohlich is the Director of Campus Ministry / Chaplain and was ordained by Bishop Vetter in the Cathedral of St. Helena on June 24, 2022. His first, and most recent, assignment has been as the Parochial Vicar at Christ the King Parish in Missoula.

“An event like this showed how important it is to surround yourself with people who support you,” Frohlich said. “College is a time of big decisions. Being part of a strong, faith-based community can make all the difference.”

Ryan Frampton is a senior philosophy and Catholic studies major from Whitefish, Montana. He is also a peer minister on campus. He said the event reflected Carroll’s welcoming faith community.

“This was a great way to show students how faith and fun go hand in hand at Carroll,” Frampton said.
