Carroll College Career Fair

The 2025 Carroll College Career and Grad School Fair was hosted on Tuesday, Feb. 25 in the Lower Cube.

There were more than 40 hiring organizations and more than 10 graduate schools seeking student connections, interns, and jobs. This is an annual event that is great for juniors and seniors to find real-life opportunities and look for programs and job opportunities following graduation.

Some of the hiring organizations include: Pinion, Pureview, St. Peter’s Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ascent Bank, and many more pertaining to all areas of study. There were also notable graduate schools such as UW Medicine, Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary, Palmer College of Chiropractic, and more!

Even if you were not looking for a job or graduate school, it was a great opportunity for all students to network with local businesses and make connections for the future. Students were expected to come prepared with resumes and professional attire.

“The career fair is a great opportunity for any Carroll student! There was a lot of variety in the vendors, making it so all majors could find someone to talk to about their next steps,” said Elizabeth Grieshaber, a junior majoring in business management and marketing from Spokane, Washington. “Everyone I talked to seemed to offer great advice as well, even if  I didn’t have the qualifications they were looking for.”

Many professors excused their classes to encourage students to take advantage of this opportunity. The Lower Cube had consistent student attendance and the organizations were busy talking to students all day. This resulted in more than 185 students attending which was an increase from last year.

“I really enjoyed the career fair. I enjoyed talking with all of the different businesses,” said Annika McCulloch, a junior business management and marketing student from Smithfield, Utah.

As always, we are excited to see what opportunities arise for the attending students and look forward to next year’s career fair.
